Walk for HOPE
As many of you know, the primary church-wide fundraiser for
the poor is the annual Walk for HOPE, coming up May 22. This year’s
funds will be distributed to 10 food pantries and a donation for food insecure
refugees in Ukraine.
Please pick up your fundraising packets in the lobby and
help our neighbors locally and the many hurting people in Ukraine. You can set
up a fundraising page and find lots of ideas online: www.hopeworldwidema.org/walk-for-hope-resources
The weekend of the walk will include many special events. Many
dearly loved brothers and sisters from all over the US will be in town for the
HOPE worldwide national board meeting: they will share good news and inspire
our community outreach.
